Brief Departmental Descriptions:
Software Engineering: Staff members who work in our software engineering department work on applications, web services, and device management profiles. Staff in this department must own or have access to a Mac released after 2010. We require software engineers to install Apple Configurator 2 and we recommend installing XCode.
Consulting: Staff members who work in our consulting department work with clients to provide a simple and affordable solution to their technical problems. Staff in this department must own or have access to a desktop or laptop computer. We recommend buying a corporate Walsh Technology email address for $4.00/month, however we do not require it.
Marketing: Staff members who work in our marketing department work on promotional campaigns to boost our viewers to increase our sales. We do not require marketing staff to own any hardware or software, but we do recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.
Management: Staff members who work in our management department work on building servers and internal software. We require all management staff to own a desktop or laptop computer and MacOS Server. We also recommend, but do not require, XCode.
